Shipping rates & delivery

Orders departure:

• All of our skincare products and cosmetics are stored on site and leave our warehouse for shipment daily from Monday through Friday included. Packages may be subject to an additional departure at the postal sorting office on Saturday morning, subject to confirmation.

• All orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day* !

• Your order is urgent and you choose the Express delivery option CHRONOPOST, in this case we will ship your order the same day for purchases made before 12:00 on DH cosmetics !*

Delivery estimates:

• Average delivery time to Andorra 4 days (excluding retention period by customs)

Delivered zones by DH cosmetics :

• (1) - Corsica not included for France Express Delivery

• (2) - For Brazil: The number of PFC (personal identifiers) must be reported on customs documents. Thank you to report the CPF number in the shipping address in step 4 of the order. 

Free delivery:

We offer free delivery on Colissimo shippements for orders placed on our website with a:

• No amount required for all other countries, the price of transportation chosen will be added to the amount of products ordered.
• Free shipping is not taken into consideration for delivery requests for the Chronopost express delivery mode.

Participation in delivery costs:

Except free shipping and as an indication: between € 5.20 and 6.20 € 

• Corresponding to the price / average weight of our packages (<1 kg) and calculated on the basis of a Metropolitan France Colissimo shipment.

• The packages are being shipped to the address specified by the sender, as is his choice of carrier and delivery mode of when ordering. By default the carrier proposed for the order will be the Colissimo Coliposte to the delivery area chosen by the sender.

• Distribution in business days without exceptional circumstances and holidays.
  For the "Chrono Express France" deliveries :
  1) - Order made on Thursday before 12:00 (pm) :
  => Order delivered to the recipient on friday before 1pm.
  2) -Order made on Thursday after 12:00 (pm) :  
  => Order delivered to the recipient on Monday before 1pm.
  
  
• * The shipment of packages is the same day for orders placed before 10am (and 2pm when choosing a Express shipping). 
  Beyond these time slots, the parcel is delivered the day after the order to the sorting center for delivery to J +1 (Express) or D + xx depending on the choice of carrier.

• The customer is informed that he must make arrangements for the reception of parcels going on in the best conditions (see Conditions of Sale Article 9).

• If the client wishes that his parcel is not delivered to a neighbor during his absence, precise it when purchasing in the designated area during the order process, information will be passed on to the label of the parcel, in attention of the carrier.

• Deadlines are given for information without obligation on the Post's delivery times and distribution, and period of customs detention.

• In case of the absence of the Client, a notice will be left in his mailbox inviting him to withdraw his package (within 15 days at post offices and relay point for "Colissimo). Time limits may be different according to country regulations.

 
IMPORTANT orders for export:

• Any order placed on the website and delivered outside the European Community may be subject to taxes in the country and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. (See Terms of Sale section 4). These fees can represent up to 30% in global commodity prices across countries and commodities.

- Orders tracking

• When shipping your goods by the DH Cosmetics team, an email is sent to you informing you of the tracking number of your parcel by Colissimo MAIL or Chronopost as clickable link.
• You can access the LA POSTE website to check the status of your package with the given tracking number.
