Darkly Handsome undertakes to provide refunds for defective products, products which do not match your order and if you change your mind.
Products must be returned in a fit state for resale in their full original packaging (where applicable, complete with any accessories, instructions for use, etc.) and the invoice, within 7 clear days of receipt of your package.
The right to return products does not apply to articles returned in incomplete, damaged, used or soiled condition without our prior agreement.
Any claims, request for exchanges or refunds must be made beforehand :

Refunds (or, if you prefer, credit notes or an exchange) for returned products will be made with no charge applicable and at the earliest opportunity.
Outward postage costs will be refunded. You remain liable for the cost of returning the products.
In the event of non-conforming orders, you will receive a full refund.

Package tracking
When your goods are shipped by the Darkly Handsome team, you will be sent an e-mail with the tracking number for your package using the LA POSTE Colissimo service, in the form of a clickable link.
This will take you to the LA POSTE website where you can check the status of your package using the tracking number issued.For further information, please consult our Terms and Conditions of Sale :
